This patient developed excess abdominal skin and sagging breasts after gastric bypass surgery. She underwent an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) anchor type mastopexy (breast lift) along with breast augmentation using 550 CC round, high profile silicone implants. Note the improvement in shape of her abdomen and uplifted appearance of her breasts. She is seen 5 months after surgery.
