This patient presented with lipodystrophy (localized fat deposits) in his chest (gynecomastia). He underwent power assisted tumescent liposculpture / liposuction of this area. Approximately 1100 cc’s (1.1 liters) of tissue were removed from all of the areas suctioned. Note the significant improvement in the contour of his chest. He is seen 6 months after surgery.
