This patient presented with lipodystrophy (localized fat deposits) in his chest (gynecomastia), abdomen, and flanks (love handles). He underwent power assisted tumescent liposculpture / liposuction of these areas. Approximately 4000 cc’s (4 liters) of tissue were removed from all of the areas suctioned. Note the significant improvement in the contour of his chest and abdomen. He is seen 4 months after surgery.
