This patient presented with lipodystrophy (localized fat deposits) of her inner thighs. She underwent power assisted tumescent liposculpture / liposuction of this area. Approximately 400 cc’s of tissue were removed from all of the areas suctioned. Note the significant improvement in the contour of inner thigh region. She is seen 6 months after surgery.
