This patient presented with lipodystrophy (localized fat deposits) of her inner thighs along with laxity of her thighs. She underwent power assisted tumescent liposculpture / liposuction of these areas along with a medial thigh lift. Approximately 600 cc’s of tissue were removed from all of the areas suctioned. Note the significant improvement in the contour of her inner thighs. She is seen 6 months after surgery.
