This patient presented with lipodystrophy (localized fat deposits) in her outer thighs (saddlebag area) and flanks (love handles). She underwent power assisted tumescent liposculpture / liposuction of these areas. Approximately 2500 cc’s (2.2 liters) of tissue were removed from all of the areas suctioned. Note the significant improvement in the contour of her outer thighs and waist. She is seen 3 months after surgery.
