Details: This patient was concerned with laxity of his neck and a drooping of his nasal tip. He underwent a rhinoplasty and neck lift through an incision under the chin and behind the ear. He is seen here 7 months after his procedure. Note the youthful contour of his neck and elevation of his nasal tip.
