This patient complained of drooping breasts with loss of breast volume. She underwent a vertical mastopexy (breast lift) along with breast augmentation using 380 CC round, moderate profile saline implants. Note the improvement in shape and uplifted appearance of her breasts. She is seen 3 months after surgery.
