This patient complained of drooping breasts with loss of breast volume after gastric bypass surgery. She underwent a mastopexy (breast lift) along with breast augmentation using 300 CC round, moderate profile silicone implants. Note the improvement in shape and uplifted appearance of her breasts. She is seen 5 months after surgery.
