The Beverly Hills Tummy Tuck procedure is designed to remove excess abdominal skin that usually results from pregnancy or massive weight loss. As a Beverly Hills Plastic Surgeon who performs an extensive array of procedures, I feel it is very important for any patient who is interested in cosmetic surgery make sure that they select a doctor who has received the appropriate type of training. What does this mean? Well there are several things that any patient should look for in their plastic surgeon.
For one, they should make sure their doctor is actually a plastic surgeon, who has done a fellowship or residency in an accredited program. There are many physicians who do plastic surgery who do not have this type of training.
Furthermore, the patient should make sure that the Beverly Hills Plastic Surgeon is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, the only true plastic surgery board recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties.
