As a Beverly Hills Plastic Surgeon, I receive many inquiries on Beverly Hills Breast Augmentation Surgery and Beverly Hills Breast Implants. There are essentially two types of implant options for breast augmentation surgery in Beverly Hills.
One is a saline implant while the other is a silicone implant. Both of these implants are good choices for breast augmentation in Beverly Hills and Los Angeles Breast Augmentation. The biggest difference is the feel of the implants, with the saline tending to feel firmer in nature and the silicone implant feeling more natural and soft. Again, both are extremely safe, durable, and long lasting. For most patients, the decision is personal.

Since silicone breast implants have been re-introduced into the market since 2006, there has been a tremendous demand for them in my practice. Many of my former patients who in the past had saline implants are coming into exchange them for silicone implants. One of the biggest benefits my patients have found with silicone breast implants is that they tend to feel more natural and soft.
For patients who have saline implants with visible rippling or rippling that they can feel through their breast tissue, exchanging them to silicone implants can often help get rid of or at least minimize the rippling that they see and feel.
